News Reporting and Writing includes a focus on digital and broadcast news reporting; researching, interviewing and writing various news stories for digital and electronic media, with an emphasis on accuracy, fairness, objectivity, and ethics. Students produce a TV news or sports story for the final project, including shooting video, interviews, along with recording voiceovers and video editing.
